AXIS PROPERTY LAUNCH EVENT

A Manhattan sky bar theme seemed fitting for the launch of the AXIS property at the top of the Apex building, Century City.

The iconic building has spectacular views of Table Mountain and the event styling was based on a modern, urban environment in order to communicate the AXIS experience to potential buyers. The spatial layout was strategically planned to emphasise the breath-taking views and mood of AXIS contemporary apartments with luxurious interiors.

The VIP guest experience began with an outdoor display of sexy vehicles sponsored by Merc. Hostesses greeted visitors at the reception area with beautiful bespoke access tags and bubbly. The environment featured a custom circular bar, conversation pockets of stylish seating and private OTP signing area for the property agents to host buyers.

A highlight was the gallery concept that showcased DHK Architects artist’s impressions and plan views of the building and apartments. A model of the building was showcased together with sales collateral and guests enjoyed hospitality into the evening.
