Given our penchant for Experiential Marketing, strategy was developed around launching this dynamic, vibrant and high-tech development to industry leaders attending select niche events on the MICE calendar.

At XZIBIT, our Teams approach is to take a non- episodic view to experiential marketing campaigns across a series of events and to ultimately achieve a level of success that ensures a significant return on investment for our clients.

A cornerstone of the strategy was to look beyond the parameters of a given event and to address ways to interface with the target audience prior to, at and importantly after a given event.

Working with Digital Agency, Dreamsmiths, Social Media Platforms were developed and launched including Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin. Focused Pay Per Click Campaigns including, Keyword Searches, Banner Ads and sponsored updates were then used to drive traffic to the respective developments websites and rapidly growing Social Media Platforms.

With digital marketing channels growing daily in terms of follows, likes and reach, lines of communication were established to implement and importantly analyze the success of a given campaign.

Events targeted included niche industry exhibitions Meetings Africa, World Travel Market, IBTM, Indaba2015 and IMEX Frankfurt. Where possible relationship building was done via pre scheduled and facilitated meetings on our designed and built bespoke exhibition stand. Attendees were hosted at the respective events and engaged via Pre Event Invite Mailers and Post Event Thank You Mailers.

Off the back of a highly successful exhibition campaign in the first half of 2015, the brands presence was firmly established and bookings for 2016 and beyond are growing at exciting levels.

All of which called for a celebration in the form of an onsite Hard Hat Event conceptualized and implemented by our Dream Team!
